2. Course Enrollment and Payment

5. Refunds and Cancellations

6. Course Changes and Mobile Number Changes
6.1. TWS Academy reserves the right to change course content, schedules, instructors, or any other aspect of the course without notice.
6.2. If you have purchased two courses on the same number, you can apply for change of number within 48 hours of purchasing the course. Request for change of number will not be accepted after 48 hours of purchase.
If you have purchased the course then request to change the number or transfer the course to any other number will be rejected.
7. Privacy
7.1. TWS Academy will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
8. Termination & Blocked
8.1. TWS Academy may terminate your access to the course for violation of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to copyright infringement, sharing of course materials, or disruptive behaviour.
8.2. Can be blocked for indecency in support and live classes.
Student's registration may be cancelled for misbehaviour and indecency.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TWS Academy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the course materials or the use of the course.
10. Limitation of Liability
TWS Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the course.
